Our story
Before there were apartments, there was one flat
Before Boutique Charme Apartments existed, there was just one flat – the one we lived in ourselves. We let guests stay with us, showed them our favourite places in town and took care of everything by hand, from the renovation to welcoming people at the door. In time a second flat came along, then a third, and today there are 28 charming apartments in the old town, each with a story of its own. The beginning was small, but the feeling has stayed. We look forward to welcoming you here soon – as our guest, and a little as a local for a while.

Self Check-In – wie funktioniert's?
One to two days before you arrive we email you everything you need for check-in, tailored to your apartment. You can then check in any time from 15:30 – around the clock, no waiting, no key handover. On departure day (check-out by 10:30) you simply follow the steps from that email. It could not be simpler.
Arriving earlier? Our Luggage Lounge at Küferstraße 6 is free for you to use – with Wi-Fi, a coffee machine and a comfortable corner to work or unwind.
In the heart of the old town
The best location in Baden-Baden
Our apartments sit right in the pedestrian zone of the old town, surrounded by cafés, restaurants and the city's landmarks. The Festspielhaus, the Kurhaus and the Caracalla Spa are all a few minutes' walk away.
Good to know: the pedestrian zone is car-free, which makes it pleasantly quiet here. If you arrive by car there is convenient parking nearby – all the details are on our arrival page.

That is why each of our 28 apartments is furnished individually – with a fully equipped kitchen, a good box-spring bed, a smart TV, free Wi-Fi and vegan natural cosmetics in the bathroom.
Whether a short break for two, a spa weekend at the Caracalla Spa or the historic Friedrichsbad, an evening at the Festspielhaus or a longer stay on business – our apartments in the old town of Baden-Baden are the ideal base. The central location in the pedestrian zone means restaurants, cafés, the Kurhaus and the Lichtentaler Allee are all reachable on foot, entirely without a car.
Compared with a classic hotel, our apartments in Baden-Baden offer noticeably more space, your own kitchen and the feeling of a real home for a while. You book directly with us, without platform fees and with a personal contact on site.
Every apartment has self check-in – straightforward, with no key handover on site. You are flexible, independent and arrive whenever it suits you. Pets are welcome, some apartments have their own washing machine and all guests can use the shared laundry room in the building. For your luggage there is a dedicated Luggage Lounge with a coffee machine and Wi-Fi.
