So that everyone feels at ease – with us and next door.
We keep it simple: treat the apartment the way you would treat your own home – except that here somebody else changes the sheets.
Smoke-free comfort
Fresh air for everyone
Our apartments are entirely smoke-free – inside and in the stairwell. A cleaning charge of 500 € applies if this is ignored. Tip: the pedestrian zone is only a few steps away.
Quiet from 10 pm
Sleep is the best spa
Baden-Baden is a spa town – and you notice that at night too. From 10 pm we ask you to turn the volume down. Parties and loud music belong in the Festspielhaus rather than the apartment.
Your code, your secret
No after-party sharing
Your door code is for you and the registered guests only. Please do not pass it on. Only the booked guests may stay in the apartment.
Treat it like your home
Only better furnished
We have put a lot of care into every detail. Please treat everything as if it were yours. Because for the next few days, in a way, it is.
Accidents happen – just tell us
No drama, promised
Broken glass? Remote gone missing? No stress – just let us know before you leave. We will sort it out together, no hard feelings.
The kitchen: use it & tidy up
Do cook your masterpiece
Our kitchens are fully equipped – please use them! Put used dishes in the dishwasher or wash them up. The next guest will thank you.
Sort your waste like a local
Welcome to Germany
You will find notes in the apartment about what goes where. It is not that complicated – and the environment will thank you.
Close the windows when you leave
In summer too. Really.
Rain in Baden-Baden sometimes arrives without warning. Please close windows and doors when you leave the apartment.
Dogs? Very welcome!
One condition: good manners
A one-off charge of 30 € per stay. Dogs are not allowed on beds or sofas without a blanket – some of our guests have allergies.
Think of the environment
A small gesture, a big effect
Turn the heating down, switch the light off, do not let the water run. Baden-Baden sits in the Black Forest – and we would like it to stay that way.
Keep the key safe
It is worth more than it looks
If you lose the key or door code, please contact us immediately. Changing the locking system can cost 250 – 300 €.
