Unlike a hotel room, you get a complete flat: your own kitchen, your own washing machine, separate living and sleeping areas, Wi-Fi and self check-in. That saves you expensive restaurant meals and keeps your routine intact. Business travellers are also exempt from the visitor's tax (4,50 € per night). The deposit is 400 €, payable by PayPal or bank transfer before arrival.
